Which are the Best GLP-1 Providers in 2025? I've Researched All of Them - Here Are The Top 5 That Have Been Proven to Help Thousands of American Women Lose Weight

By: Brittany Nunez, Lost 42lbs+ with GLP-1

Which GLP-1 Provider Will Work Best for You? (And the One That Helped Me Drop 8 Dress Sizes in Just 5 Months!)

GLP-1 medications, like the celebrity-favorite Ozempic, have taken the weight loss world by storm. But here’s what most people don’t realize - you don’t have to pay thousands for brand-name prescriptions. You can get the exact same active ingredients for a fraction of the price.

With everyone clamoring for these weight loss miracles, new GLP-1 providers are popping up daily, all promising the moon, trying to cash in on this new weight loss revolution.

So which provider should you choose? Hims or Hers? G-Plans? FuturHealth?

And will you be locked into a contract? Are weekly injections your only choice? Are there hidden membership fees to look out for? Or is a program that includes medication and nutritional coaching the best choice? The options can seem endless.

I’ve used GLP-1s to melt away over 42 pounds in 5 months, but it wasn't easy finding the right path.

For years, I was in a battle with my metabolism. Keto, fasting, cutting every carb in sight – I felt like I’d tried it all, with nothing to show for it except frustration.

Then, I discovered GLP-1s... and more importantly, I found the right provider to work with.

That's when everything changed! It's what finally allowed me to:

  • Slide back into my favorite dresses from my 20s (hello, confidence!)
  • Silence the nagging food noise in my head.
  • Love what I saw in the mirror—and my husband noticed, big time!
  • See genuine results without giving up my favorite foods or spending hours on the treadmill.

And I'm not alone. Thousands of women all over the country are seeing these same life-changing results. Doctors are calling GLP-1s the most powerful, science-backed weight loss solution we’ve ever had.

In fact, studies show the average woman loses 20% of her weight using GLP-1 in the first year. It’s insane!

But here's the truth… not all GLP-1 programs will give you the results you’re looking for. Most programs are designed to rip you off - from expensive memberships and hidden fees that surprise you later, to doctors that disappear after you pay, leaving you trapped in a lengthy contract.

Even worse, some providers are secretly using unsafe formulations, which could trigger dangerous allergic reactions, life-altering side effects, or worse.

That's why I spent the last two years researching and testing providers, so you don’t have to.

I’ve dug into patient results, program details, pricing, and even vetted the doctors behind each one. I've boiled it down to the top 5 brands that ACTUALLY deliver results.

So here are my top 5 recommended GLP-1 providers for weight loss in 2025… and the top pick I used to get into the best shape of my life to drop 8 dress sizes in just 5 months!

#1 Willow:

“I lost 42lbs+ in 5 months on Willow's GLP-1 oral drops! It was easy. No injections required!”

Willow tops this list as the number 1 telehealth provider for GLP-1 semaglutide because it's such an innovative brand! It's the company I used to lose more than 40lbs over just a matter of months and it's been so easy to use.

This brand appealed to me more than any other because using Willow meant no needles or injections -- something I was always worried about! It’s a huge fear for so many people.

I've been using Willow's range of oral drops to get my GLP-1. Just a few drops at night on my tongue and that's it - done!

Willow is the only brand on this list that provides this needle-less service, so I think that's an unforgettable plus point for this brand!

If you're not too bothered by needles you can opt into their range of injections (these only need to be injected once a week whereas the drops need to be used every night) - but remember with Willow it doesn't matter which option you choose.

Both ways are equally effective and you'll be able to lose weight either way!

I also loved to hear that Willow had a whole team of weight loss doctors on hand who gave transparent weight loss advice for my GLP-1 journey! Some of the doctors themselves told me they were using Willow, so that's when I knew I could trust this brand!

Another huge plus for me was the fact that Willow offers some of the most competitive pricing in the industry! I'm not a millionaire by any means so the fact that I could save some cash when other brands out there are charging nearly double for the same medication was another huge positive for the brand!

Plus you can cancel at any time so I had that extra peace of mind too.

I really can't sing enough praise for Willow because they've done everything to make the weight loss process as straightforward as possible - and I'm not the only woman who thinks so!

Thousands like me across the country have lost tonnes of weight (literally) through Willow. Just read through some of these amazing stories...

#2 Ro:

Ro is my second pick. Ro offers a straightforward path to GLP-1 medications and was one of the first brands that started making waves in this industry.

All the positives first...This brand is super reliable - they'll offer same kind of GLP-1 as Willow and deliver weight loss injections discreetly to your house. They have an amazing support system that puts you in contact with qualified doctors who will guide you through the weight loss process step-by-step!

There's lots of amazing reviews available online too, so while I haven't personally accessed the brand, it looks like one of the most reliable providers out there. If you can use it, you'll lose weight effectively with this brand!

Unfortunately though, Ro don't offer the oral drops that you can get with Willow. So everyone with "needle-fear" or those who would prefer to not inject themselves, might want to go with our number 1 pick. I can't be too hard on Ro here though -  almost every other GLP-1 brand only offers injections.

Ro was one of the first brands to make a name for itself in this industry, which means its pricing tends to work a differently than some other brands.

So, for example, if you sign a year-long contract, you’ll be committed for the full term, so you need to be sure you're comfortable with the brand long-term before locking it in—you may find yourself wanting to switch but unable to do so.

Customer & Patient Concerns:

“Ro is amazing, the services they provide blew me away and the weight I've lost since starting with this provider has been amazing!”

Melia Keller - Verified Buyer

Strengths of Ro:

A super solid, well-established GLP-1 provider with a clean, user-friendly interface.

Comprehensive consultation process to ensure you’re a good candidate for GLP-1 treatment.

Drawbacks:

Higher Costs:Ro’s pricing is a little steeper than some other brands, including Willow.

Bottom Line:

Ro is a super reliable brand but comes with higher price tag. If budget isn’t a concern and you're already experienced with needles, know how to inject into your body, etc. Ro is a super solid choice for you.

But bottom line for me?

Willow offers the same reliability with all the flexibility of no injections at a fraction of the cost.

#3 Futur Health:

Now let's talk Futur Health.

This is another giant in the industry that's positioned itself as an affordable option for GLP-1 medications. They're another brand that's offering GLP-1 injections (again no oral drops, you'll only get those with Willow!) and they've got a lot of people hooked.

Chances are you've seen their ads on social media. This brand is everywhere and they don't play when it comes to their marketing.

They want you to know their name...

Unfortunately though, this seems like a brand that's eager to put more effort into their brand name than actually providing a consistent experience. And that doesn't just include the "no-needle" problem.

What am I talking about?

Well, even though the brand has made a name for itself in the GLP-1 industry, there's 1000s of negative customer reviews that suggest it might not be for you...

And you don't have to research far before you'll find out that their platform falls short in transparency and service quality...

Customer & Patient Concerns:

"Horrible company. They only want your Money. The customer service team refuses to accept a cancellation. I tried cancelling multiple times and they continued to charge me. They also do false advertising. Stay away from this company"

Donna Pace - Verified Buyer

Problem Areas:

Hidden Fees:Futur Health’s $99/month subscription fee does not cover the cost of medication, leaving many customers surprised by additional expenses.

Poor Customer Reviews:Trustpilot feedback mentions delayed responses, inconsistent communication, and an overall lack of reliability.

Limited Access to Medical Professionals:Patients talk about feeling unsupported in their weight loss journey.

Bottom Line:

When a brand's marketing is super heavy, sometimes you have to take it with a grain of salt.

That's why Futur Health might look like a budget-friendly option at first glance, but hidden fees and unreliable service make it a risky choice for long-term success.

#4 Hims & Hers:

Hims & Hers is our forth pick.

These companies are two of the most popular telehealth brands across the country. They're well known for offering a variety of treatments, including GLP-1 medications.

Both brands are the same and they're owned by the same company. They just market themselves to either guys or girls as a marketing ploy. Even still though it can feel more comforting to use a brand that's "suited" for 1 specific gender over the other. So that's a plus for some.

Let's break them down:

The brand offers standard GLP-1 injections. That's great.

But they don't provide oral drops for weight loss - it's all injections. That's not so great.

And there's reports out there that tell us their system requires a huge up-front payment with no 24/7 round the clock service with weight loss doctors. Monthly costs looks super low but they need all the money a full year in advance. Things are getting worse...

Here's the reality - their rigid pricing and gender-specific approach limit their appeal even though they do things right for the most part.

Let's read some of the customer reviews and list off some pros and cons...

Customer & Patient Concerns:

“Urgent urgent - you have taken a huge sum of money from my account with no prior warning. I had no idea that I was locked into a subscription. Please urgently respond as your website states 48 hours to cancel but you did not give sufficient warning to cancel.”

Fiona Godsave  - Verified Buyer

Strengths of Hims & Hers

Focuses on gender-specific care, tailoring certain treatments to men and women. The GLP formula is the same though.

Offers reliable semaglutide as part of their weight loss program.

Drawbacks

12-Month Subscription Requirement:Discounted rates for semaglutide require a year-long subscription, which lacks flexibility for patients.

Minimal Personalized Support:Unlike Willow’s 24/7 access to medical professionals, Hims & Hers offers less direct communication and tailored care.

Generic Approach:Their broader focus on multiple health issues often leads to less specialized care for weight loss patients.

Bottom Line:

Hims & Hers works best for those committed to long-term subscriptions, but for patients seeking flexibility and personalized support, Willow is still our top choice.

#5 Noom:

Coming in at number 5 is Noom.

Okay so here's the deal with this brand. Noom is a GLP-1 companion, not an individual distributor of GLP-1.

This means you have to be pre-approved for GLP-1 through a different provider (through insurance, prescription, etc.)

Noom is another well-known weight loss program that emphasizes habit-building and behavioral changes.

And for those who qualify, the positives with this one are great for those who need it! They suggest lifestyle adjustments and even advise you on how to help prevent yourself from developing problems later in life.

Who couldn't get behind that message, right?

Well unfortunately that's where the positives end for this one. Noom isn’t designed for patients seeking GLP-1 medications like semaglutide.

Additonally, Noom’s focus on behavior change makes it a great tool for certain users. But here's the big problem - for some of us it’s not a viable option.

Some of us don't need more coaching on lifestyle changes. We've been there and done that, 1000x times over.

And it seems like most other customers feel the same...

Customer & Patient Concerns:

“I haven't lost any weight in 3 months, I may have gained 2 or 3 or 5 pounds. The lessons do seem good and Noom works as a good calorie counter. It's nice to have a coach to talk to. I hate they have us weighing ourself every day. Exercise videos and meditations are great. Noom might work for some people, and there are great aspects, but so far it is not really working for me to lose weight.”

Strengths of Noom

Individuals looking for a coaching-based approach to weight loss.

Patients who prioritize long-term habit formation over medication-driven results.

Drawbacks

No GLP-1 Medications:Noom does not prescribe semaglutide or offer any pharmaceutical options.

Coaching-Only Model:While effective for some, this approach may fall short for individuals needing more immediate results.

Bottom Line:

For those specifically seeking medication-based weight loss solutions, Noom isn't viable for you.

But that's not to say it should be totally written off, some users have learned a lot on their coaching plan.

Overall though, when it comes to losing weight, some of us have had enough. And as a result Noom isn't enough.

But we still think it's worth a shout-out if you think that there's still a possibility the same old-school methods of weight loss can work for you and your body in 2025.
